there was this stupid fight and the guy bleed like all over. the worst part was that i was just next to them when it took place and had to clean the stains..
Eli and I made an ENEMY = FABIAN---> we concluded that he was a fucking A hole that if we could, we would throw glasses and kill him. We were guessing that maybe he was sam's(bargirl) boyfriend, or maybe just 2-timing.
had too much Macallan 12 years. shots of vodka was nice.
company wasnt that bad. only i fuked around in the end. chinese dude was gross the rest was cool esp Filipino dude. whatever.
asked me if i was ok.. ah so cute.
had this briefing with Marco(big manager, Caucasian dude). Alice totally told on me. but Marco shot back that i was good. ha. although he actually had to accompany to the kitchen to get thai sauce but fed me nuts(weird).
cabbed back with Eli and some other dude, that didnt bother talking to us. transport didnt wait. got home at 6.30am. wth, getting later.
bathed. did my appeals. have not packed for cruise. have not slept. damnit.
ohoh and on the day of peiyu birthday, she came over to BARNONE with rachel and meiyeeee. ahhhh so happy. showed her him. cute. but they didnt stay long! really happy you came!! MADE MY DAY! MUACKS!

and and i tried hot yoga. omg. hot man. the trainer was like pushing me all the way to make sure my head touches my knees. mama wasnt bad too. haha. but she couldnt stand the heat. haha. it was at true yoga.

oh this encounter with Dennis FOo. ok i didnt know he was the boss of BArnone, so when he wanted to sign then recepit without giving me his card, i was curious and started asking him and all, simply not letting him sign. hha. then he took out 50 bucks and said the rest were to be put in the tip box. the drink was only 16bucks? hha i was happy. then my friend realised that i was serving the boss he decided to "test" him to see if he was bias. oh well he just signed this time when the boss ordered another drink. haha. my bad but whatever, at least i contributed to the tip. heh.

damn last night was really hard. i made many mistakes.
i opened a 750 bucks tab. before that the cashier keep warning me to double check with my order cause the bottle he wanted to order cost like 500 bucks. it really freaked me out. god i almost flipped. i even knocked into the guy, hitting him with my specs. ouch.
another was.. oh yeah. giving the wrong bill. to me, it was cashiers fault. oh i was the same guy that asked me why i was wearing the i hate sunday shirt. regular. lucky it was him. he helped me. but gave me a knock on my head when i gave him the wrong tab. damnit.
alamak. damn sian. newbies will have a test on the drinks.
oh and the living room asked me to help them too.

haha. lets see. patricia mok.. dick lee. the media. sponsors were there. but it was totally back breaking. super tired. i spilled some tiger onto my uni but luckily the customers helped. and hell lucky i didnt break those glasses i was clearing.. haha. i did remember serving the media but i couldnt recognise anyone so. yeah whatever.
all i need to mention that. ahh. there is this really cute guy. gawd! i could just STOP AND STARE. HAHA. hmm saw the boss's son. not that good looking but just had a table full of tiger beers.. lets see, hmm 100 over of them?
1000 to 2000 ppl coming in they reckoned, that they even called in staff from st james to help out for the day.
the first to hours, i helped in the living room but its like.. damn boring cause there wasnt many ppl and there was a point of time i just stood at the door when im supposed to be serving food to the vips. whatever. lucky fish called me back.
tml, thursday and friday im working! come on in!
i have a high chance of being diabetic next time. the fungus is getting worst and my mum actually sent me an email about how fungus is due to my diet of sweet stuff. so i better cut down. i remember like sec school, i had fungus on my lips. i knoww.. all these sounds gross but true. its not that im dirty.. its the diet. and i know i do take in way too much. plus i dunked like a med size ice lemon tea just know. damn so much sugar... well. how i know if i would be diabetic? i would have to deduce it from my dad. he has fungus too. like wth.. i inherited too many bad stuff from him. oh well, too bad for me.

ok last night i worked from 10 to 4am. E... i was considered late. wth. means i dont get my tip for the day. tips are pretty precious really..
ok you think yesterday with my experience was bad. haha. think again. my colleagues had hell yesterday. i was lucky really.
weihao(newbie): he had to serve this big group of customer's that were very demanding and snobbish. they claimed they had to wait for half an hour for their drinks bla.. but hello its super crowded. then after ordering a whole, they cancelled it and went off. we were ticked off to be inefficient and the guy actually pointed at weihao. poor him. and there goes without saying the guy scolded him too. see how rich ppl can get.
fish(our supervisor): another huge group.they ordered a lot. but, where is the credit card~ case of lost card. i overheard the lady scolding fish, fucking her fucking there damn loudly. damnit. no one wants to be in her position. its a really hard job. but i dont know what happened in the end. haven asked. but obviously the manager(shaa) had to intervene.
that group stayed till late. they were dancing and groping. oh well. feast for my eyes.
fish and andy(newbie): they quarrelled too. "fucks" again. andy told me vividly what he said to fish. " fish i know there is many things to learn, but the things here are too many then before, still you must give me time to learn. cant just force ppl like that, stop fucking around or ill fuck you." i think he even went up to the manager(shaa). oh well. i can count on him to protect us newbies. haha.
i still cant stand bryan. some indonesian dude, dunno whats his position but i definitely know its lower then manager(shaa). he seems to be always scrutinizing us. maybe its just me. bet he doesnt like me. haha. last night because it was friday there were many reserved tables. but shaa gave one of his costumers one of the table. bryan told me to inform them that it was reserved but i told him shaa gave them the tables but he still insisted i inform them(actually maybe he asked me to ask fish..who cares).the customers then said that he wouldnt want to stand later on. so i saw shaa and told him. then he asked who told me that. just nice bryan came. i just point at him and chabo(run).WAHAHHA. but i heard him say," bryan tables that i give to my guest i dont care they get the tables, understand?" bryan had to submit but he told shaa something else. but i couldnt hear it. see, dont think he will like me.
shaa remembers me cause he interviewed me. lucky me. haha. he would occasionally ask if i was well and the other day intro-ed me to his frequent guests.
we actually had 1 or 2 girls selling shots. means they walk around and "serve" to customers. haha. that part is a bit sleazy la. and i also saw this Caucasian and his so called girlfriend(should be Filipino that kind yeah). boob-grabbing! haha. gross right.
the new band. cats and the cradle. they were good haha. can ask su and mel!
THANKS TO SU AND MEL FOR COMING AND VISIT ME!!! HAHA. bet they enjoyed themselves cause the band was so mesmerising and breath-taking. oh and i didnt know they had to pay like 20 bucks for entries. but can get a drink free, below 20 bucks. so its about the same.
yesterday i thought was ok already. it was busy only for a moment. poor andy and shem(he worked for 3 months) and fish. they had to work till 8am. heard there were many ppl at the living room that may go down to barnone. good luck man.
oh! and i like one of the bartender(of higher position not only bartender). but i never talked to him and super tao. ok maybe i just like the way he did the tricks with the mixer and all.
another bartender was nice. haha. i ordered a tiger and margarita-strawberry. but he forgot he gave me tiger already and gave me again. but i didnt take it. so after some time he left the bar to find me, with the drink. haha. quite funny.
had a free drink and left with tips. eh.. 6 bucks for the other day? then cause im late, i wont get for the day. heard it was 7 i think.
had breakfast with weihao and raymond at macs. again. hotcakes. but i only ate 1 piece. the rest weihao had it haha. ok home home. cab home. can claim. haha. by the time it was 530? creep in like a thief. haha.
mum gave me a record of 32 missed calls that night. damn.
overall i still dont regret. LOVE the music to bits. and some ppl there are examples not to be.
ok next week. tuesday, thursday and friday. sad cant go for my jap lesson on tuesday and see my fav teacher. heh.

Its suppose to be, mel is blogging right after her pubbing-clubbing fun-time at 5 am. but no. mel is blogging about her work that supposed to end at 11pm, then 3am, then later dragged to 4.30am. wth. and she is not even home. she is crushing at jess place. okok enough of the 3rd person thingy.
anyway it was no orientation.. i had to start work immediately! and yeah. no handphones allowed can... so i have to leave it in the office or else it would be confiscated. have i told you about the things that i was taught... i cant remember a thing! thats for sure. all the beers.. cocktails.. wines.. like hello.. do i look like a drinker to you? i already gave that, omg-wearing-geek-specs-looking-innocent kind of look..
if your talking about music, BARNONE is the place. they have a really good band! which is actually our home-grown 'bydefinition'. they even sang my David Cook's Billie Jean. ( David Cook is in the finalssss!!! so is archuleta!!! the battle of the Davids baby yeahhh! ) hell they were good. i was actually enjoying the music. but not till these groups of GAYS came in... omg. they are OLD GAYS, like in their 30s.. tell you what the guy who fucked my mood was this really gay guy who liked the vocalist of bydefinition. his friend passed me a $10 bill to pass it on behalf of the gay to the vocalist. i did ok.. like infront of everyone watching the performance.. and guess what, the gay guy walked over to me and went into a BF(bitch fit). wtf. the accused me of not passing the note to the guy, claiming that it went missing. like hello!!! SHIM practically shouted at me sternly, he even grabbed my hand, like i stole the note. wtf. then he called his friend over, to verify. then he apologized. but i knew he didnt mean it, that ASSHOLE. i could go in tears straight away, cause it was pretty scary. like yo bitch i already tried to avoid blocking you and those horrifying dance moves. gross. shit.
next. these group of youngsters, like our age are like totally, rich? "can i have a hoegarden? later, superwoman. then margarita, whisky dry, blabla.. they were ordering non-stop through the night. where the hell do they get the money man. one of them was pretty cute. heh. but too bad his debit couldnt be used. and that guy has serious STM! he thought he paid, im like no. then he wanted his card, i was like, you took it already. well.. in the end i found out that they actually know the manager and all, so must be regulars.. wow.
everyone smokes there. not everyone, me and wei hao dont. made a friend. luckily. newbie too. wait made another newbie but not new in this line, andy.
fish is the name of my supervisor, she has pink hair and piercings.
the night ended at 4.30am. after cleaning up and everything. whee man.. then we had transport back. crushed at jess place.
sorry jess to wake you up so early!! and disturb your sleep! hha. she couldnt sleep later on. and haha. we had macs breakfast together, HOTCAKES YUM! then i couldnt take it, she went to work while i went to sleep. THANKS JESS AGAIN MUACKS!

and i can see that dan had hesitated AGAIN! werent you suppose to post something?! or would it take days? and what happened to your cbox?
anyway. im having a break-out. or actually my skin havent been good cause i havent been taking care of it. so now its the time to do facial. heh. mummy pretty please do for me k! or ok la ill do myself. heh. and its proven true. Amway beauty consultant have been telling me about the anti-oxidents and that it is a must for other skin. and yeap its true. today in urban it also mentioned about taking in more anti-oxident, eg vitamins and supplements or using products that contain anti-oxident, which the amway products have.
i think the best would be the product called Q-10. its some kind of enzymes that many products have. but this time your taking a whole pill, for the face, like directly into your cells. asked mum about it and she said yeah its good but like 90 plus a bottle(which cost pretty much the same from the doctors). and results are visible.
omg i hope i dont get any pre-mature ageing... can you imagine how your only 22 and ppl guess that your 28 or 30? that sucks! truely.. sorry, women in the end are still very mindful about it.

omg. bad morning. bad start. it was raining and o-so-nice to sleep in. here comes the maid. "MALEESAAAA WAKE UP!! I WANT CHANGE BEDSHEET, I WANT SWEEP!" im like.. arghhhh.. then she burst out laughing. " MALEESAAA WAKE UP, YOUR PERIOD!" im like 'SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT NOT AGAIN!" walao. i leaked badly. i was wearing white shorts and one plot of red was that visible. think thats enough? no... the bed had a plot too. damnit.
i also had a dream. i dreamt that i had to retake my exams and i totally forgotten how to do my math. devastated!

anyway, the manager was friendly. like nice. the place was gorgeous thats for sure. so orientation tml, thursday 7.30pm. any takers? oh and.. gosh i met the person that tried the call me.. first off was the manager introed me to the guy and the guy was " hey.. oh your melissa, with the funny voicemail." i was so embarassed..... but i dont wanna change it cause its too cute! haha

ok back to reality.anyway, i decided to go for Jap class after comtemplating forever whether or not to give it a miss. haha. we got to play some kind of toy. anyway mel felt that the teacher was irritated by the noise we were making. really meh ? who cares.
ahh! thursday was stay over night over at Pei yu's! we mahjonged like the whole night till 5 am........ and then white chics movie. but like pei fell asleep then dana then me then danica. haha. We need a bigger blanket yall! so cold!
anyway it was Macdonalds Breakfast at serangoon gardens! oh-so-delicious Hotcakes! *tinkles in the eyes. those sweet maple syrup spread over the pancakes and one bite of it would just melt in your mouth and slid down thy throat haha. whatever.
We headed to Macritchi! haha. the guy incharged was actually our(joy and i) coach for 2 star for kayaking haha. oh well. it was renting for 10 bucks per hour. so we had a ride! it was really fun. the water was so clean! you just want to swim in it! we did some standing up stunts on our kayak. it was surprisingly easy. plus we did some sun tanning haha yeah. Ian, pei yu, joy and danica had a "swim" but had a hard time going back to their kayak. anyway we werent suppose to swim in it. apparently we could be fine 1000 bucks. haha
at about 2. we couldnt get enough! it was hot and we need a pool! then came joy's brillant idea! WILD WILD WET! she had four free tickets so it was a done deal! our ass we all wet but Ian allowed us he his small car with towel on the car seat. we had to squeeze. it was the most uncomfortable ride, but worth it when we reached downtown east!
oh gosh we had a blast! we esp love the Ularlar! where everyone get to sit in the large tube and slide down! we also tried the "i dunno what its called" ride, where 2 person sit on the float and go down a steep slide down. haha. it was mine first time. but it was fun! haha. Luckily there wasnt many ppl so we got our rides very quickly in fact. haha. the funny part. at the Tsunami haha. the 2 shorties, pei yu and danica had a hard time at the deeper end haha. and it was super funny holding them up haha. the look on their faces are totally " SAVE ME!" haha. Ian was the crazy one. seriously.
our day ended with red lobsters changing and trying out best not to soak our clean T shirts. oh well. no one would see. i was so tired on the bus i practically slept. and when i woke up, when my eyes peel open, there he was haha. whatever.

had a conference with theresa. she had an accent! ok not really but she was speaking in a much more proper tone, which was funny haha.
haha. today was a blast! we had a bbq at dazz place! her house was fab! i think we should all stay over her place one! haha. her room is big la! food was good! we had lotsa mushroom cheese that we bbq-ed. heh. wonder host by DAZZ. and we also had a crazy time photo-bitching!! haha. posing here and there. esp dazz, the drama queen haha. ok then came the other highlight! the 2 birthday girls. one on the 4th of may, the other on the 11th. HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN ADVANCE!
also i must now remember that whenever you cut the cake, NEVER, i repeat, NEVER cut it till the bottom. they said its bad luck. ok i never knew that. maybe thats why my wishes never came true. *shrugs..
then we watched American Idol and Project Runway 4. we tried our best to juggle both. ok Brooke White was eliminated. she broke down. sad. haha. if you watched carefully, David Arch cried too! he was hidding before Saeshay hhaa. he always does that. he is small enough to try to hid from the camera.
let me be the master of predictions... next. Saeshay would be out, then Jason Castro, then it comes down to the battle between the Davids...... David Arch leaves....... which means.. tada!
